photo stream - removing pictures from it/selecting which ones are on it???

I enabled photo stream so that the pictures on my iPhone would automatically appear on my macbook. Instead, I now have a photo stream album on my phone that includes not only my camera roll but random pictures from my computer. How do I make it not do this?? Can't find info about it anywhere, and I'm not really interested in going to the Apple store during the week before Christmas.

If you have installed the iCloud Control Panel on your computer, then check the settings for PhotoStream under it... there is an Upload folder which acts like a trigger for new photo additions ...Seems like you selected an already existiing folder with some pictures on it and they got uploaded to PS
