Is it just me or is iOs 5 not intuitive?

If I have three devices and want to update a calendar event, updating one device updates the other two, as it should.

If I have three devices and want to remove a photo I took with my iPhone from photo stream, I need to use my Macbook to log into iCloud.com, delete the photo from the server, and then turn Photo Stream off and on from every device in order to purge the photo of my thumb over the lens.

    How does that "Just work?"

I think people are thinking of Photo Stream the wrong way. Apple is partly to blame for the way they have marketed the whole thing.

Photo Stream to me is simply a tool to get photos taken on mobile devices to your computer(s). Nothing more, nothing less. Think of the Photo Stream as a pathway between your iPhone/iPad, and iPhoto. It is not designed to be an album or gallery. If you think of it that way, there should rarely be any need to delete images from the Stream. Drag what you want from the Photo Stream into iPhone albums and trash the rest..

The problem with photostream is you can't delete single pictures... You have to delete the whole thing, than like the op said you have to turn off and back on photostream for the change to take effect. But i still like the feature, i got a ipad 3G iphone 4 and a macbook pro, and apple tv 2. Now i know i have my pics on every devices without even need to think about it!

Sorry if this is too basic of a question but I have not been following the IOS5 and iCloud thing. It sounds like it is really easy if you just want everything everywhere. But what if I don't want all of my photos everywhere (like on my ATV2)? How do I control that? It is already confusing enough that there are panes in both iPhoto and iTunes for selecting which photos I want to share, and I can never remember which to use. Now how do I do it?
