Photo stream

I recently updated a friends phone on my MacBook air. I used my iTunes, but his apple ID. Now all of the photos he takes on his phone come up on my devices on the photo stream. I haven't gotten a hold of him to see if my photos upload on his iPhone as well... Trying to figure out what I did here, and how to fix it. Thanks
