Photo Streaming incomplete

Hi,
On my iPad I have almost 100 photos in streaming but on iPhoto I have 20 aprox. Where are the other photos?
How can I get them?

Plug your iPad in (either to your Mac / PC or just to a wall outlet) & the photos will slowly make their way over iCloud ...

I believe you just have to get on a wifi network of any kind. I don't have to plug in to a wall outlet for photostream.
