Photo sync question

For those of you with ipods; where does itunes get the photos from?
Can you sync with Adobe photoshop albums, then the albums are on the ipod / iphone?
Or
Does it only get photos from pc created folders such as my pictures and included subfolders?

Either one I believe, at least that is the case on AppleTV.

If you had a Mac it would be iPhoto albums🙂

THanks for the info.
I just spent an hour catagorizing the 2000 plus photos I have of my dogs to sync.

I hope i did'nt waste my time using Adobe photoshop.
