Photo upload app that provides URL?

Are there any photo upload apps out there that will let you upload and provide u with a URL to post on forums or a direct link? I've used photobucket app but it doesnt provide a link.

Photobucket provides a link... when you click on the pic, click the I button and the links are provided.
