Photo Uploading Website Recommendations

I would like to start uploading my photos to one of those photo websites like photobucket. There are many websites like this which allow you to have albums online and upload photos etc.

I was wondering if someone could tell me the best website to use? Which one is more reliable and simplest to use? Could it be possible to upload to one of these websites without actually visiting the site? i.e. using a program on your computer?

I know my dad likes using snapfish because you can pick up prints at any Walgreens shortly after ordering them.

If you use snapfish in the uk you can pick up from jessop's or have them delivered. I haven't tried this yet, but I've uploaded photo's & it's been good. You also have the option of ordering different photo gifts.
