Photos - All Photos.

Hi.. I have Photos version 1.5 and OSX 10.11.6 on Mid 2009 MacBook Pro.

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between Photos and Albums>All Photos (on the sidebar) and the effect of deleting a photo from each has..

Also, i have just upgraded to iCloud… If i delete a photo from my iPhone, does that delete the original on my mac?

In "Photos" the pictures are displayed in date order, oldest first. In "All Photos" they seem to be displayed in some random manner.
