Photos app not available on the web

I used to be able to see the photos app on beta.icloud.com but since I disabled and reenabled it because of the constant (3 days) "preparing you library, this may take a few minutes" it disappeared.

Is there a way for me to get it back?

I see it. In fact, I've been uploading photos to the website for a while now.
