Photos App not reading EXIF data

Anyone else having problems with the Photos App not reading EXIF data?

After I updated to iOS 7 I copied all my photos back to the phone and it doesn't read the EXIF data to arrange it by years, collections, or moments.

It will, however, if I take any new photos or even download a photo with EXIF data off the internet.

I have double checked that all the EXIF data still exists on my old photos.
