Photos App not syncing properly

I have got a strange situation where photos I take on my iPhone X are showing up on my iPad and iMac - but they are not syncing the other way. For example if I take screenshot on my iPad it is not showing in Photos app on iPhone. This has just started happening this last week.

Anyone know how to correct this problem?
