Photos app on yosemite won't sync videos

Ive taken bunch of videos on my iphone. i can see that they are synced to my iCloud by logging into my iCloud account online but they won't show up in my iphotos application on yosemite.

any suggestions on whats wrong?

It can't even sync photos properly so you've got no chance with videos . . . . (I think it's photos only for syncing?)
