Good day,

Any tips on finding and deleting duplicates? I have reimported twice my iPhone and it created around 500 video files that are now duplicated...

Either I do it 1 by 1 or is there anything more convenient?

If you do a search in the App Store, there are plenty of programs - some free, some with a charge - that look for duplicates. I did it when I moved my Lightroom library to Photos (forget which one) but it worked fine.
