After taking lots of photos on my iPhone 6S (iOS 10) this weekend, I imported them into the Photos app on my Mac in order to organise them easily into albums. I then used iTunes to sync them back, with all the album organisation info. The newly created albums showed up, and those albums to which I'd added new photos were properly updated, but all of the photos I took since I last did this sync (1/2nd May) now only show up in their respective albums, but not in the camera roll. Anyone know why? And anyone know how I can fix it?

With your phone connected to your Mac, open the Photos app and check if "delete photos after import" (or something to that nature) is enabled. If so, disable it.
