Photos + Email... new feature or been there?

I've noticed that I can send multiple sets of pics without having to wait for the first email to "fly out" (the sound it makes). Is anyone else noticing this with 3.0?

It is new.
You can also send multiple photos in one email now.

Thanks. That's what I had thought. I like being able to copy the pics as well and then being able to paste them. No need to start a new email to send.
