I use Photos with iCloud Photo Library on 3 devices. A macbook air (set to optimize), a mac mini (set to download all), and an iPhone 6 (set to optimize).
I've been using this same setup for months with no issues.
My macbook air (set to optimize) has been stuck on 'uploading 1 item' for about a week. all 3 devices show the same photo count of 64550.
I've tried toggling 'pause uploads for a day' on and off several times. I've set up smart filters to look for non-standard image types (all are supported formats).
Any suggestions?
