It's so easy to capture one frame of a video to make a jpeg on my iPhone. Just hold down two buttons. But, is there a simple way (or a not-so-simple way to do it on my iMac? Any help would be appreciated.

Cmd/Shift/4 to take a screen shot, if you want to select an area of the screen, or Cmd/Shift/3 to capture the whole screen.
