Photos on iOS showing up as multiples without delete option

Hey guys,

As the title states. I synced my iPhone to my computer that has a backup of all my photos and now there are multiples of my photos showing up on the iPhone with an inability to delete them. Have included a few screenshot of what it looks like. What gives?
