Photos on MacBook Air 2017

Photo app.
Don't know what as happened my MacBook has been off for all day yesterday. When I go the the photo app on the Dock I get a blue tab telling me to get started or take a tour.
Help Please.

Try holding the "Option" key on your keyboard as you open Photos. It will then prompt you to open a specific Photos library. See if somehow you opened a different one than the default you had set.
