In Photos as of iOS 14, Markup (e.g. annotation, text) no longer works on screenshots unless a non-Markup edit is first made (e.g. exposure). It also sometimes occurred on non-screenshot images (including photos) and I think also sometimes with non-markup changes. The error that appears when attempting to save a change is "Unable to Save Changes" "An error occurred while saving. Please try again later." Fix?
