anybody know if the new Photos app by apple comes with Yosemite? or will it be released at a later date?

I think Apple said the beta won't be coming until January / Early 2015.

It seems that the Photos app information has been removed from their site. Can't find it

Least they arnt rushing out an unfinished product, would be nice to have an update on it however.

Where is the Yosemite iPhoto update? My App Store wants me to install iPhoto v9.6.1.
