Photoshop border plug-in

For a while, I've been using the Richard Rosenman plug-in to create instant borders in photoshop. Unfortunately, that plug-in is for windows only. I was wondering if there was some kind of mac version of that plug-in? I know I can do it manually, but it much more simple with this easy to use plug in 🙂

Select All> Modify> Border.. Pretty simple if you ask me

Will frame filters in FilterForge do the trick? There are plenty of them:

There is a nice Plugin for Lightroom that works great. But I don't know any for Photoshop.
