did the error just randomly start happening, or was it after an upgrade? Have you tried to uninstall and then do a fresh install? I have heard that the newest updated CC has bugs, so i haven't updated yet. Plus i am still on El Cap as i have heard issues with Sierra (in general) and the newest CC 2017.
