Photoshop CMD+Space zoom not working

Anyone come across this in El Capitan? CMD+Space zoom out in canvas is not working. Works fine on my desktop which has 10.10.5.

I've tried that. I'm on CC2015. I tried CC2014, same. I don't want to go back to CS6 there are some features in CC I use a lot.
