Photoshop Elements on old Mac, can I move it to the new one?

I recently purchased a MBA but on an old Mac Mini I have a copy of Photoshop Elements that came with the machine (it was purchased used).

Can I move PE from the Mac Mini to the MBA or will I have to purchase a new copy?

Ok thanks. It was an used showroom computer and I didn't get any CDs with it.
