Photoshop elements wont work on new macbook

After transferring element 3 to my new macbook. Elements wont load and I get the message invalid or missing personal info.😕

How did you transfer it? Did you try re-installing it from the installation discs? Adobe puts a lot of stuff in the application support folder inside the library (root one, I think), and their apps won't run without those files.

I transfered it machine to machine. I bought the program off the internet site so no discs.

I'm kind of lost. What did you get when you bought it electronically? An install image file? Did you not keep a copy of the file? Can you contact them and ask to be given the file again to use with your license?

No it seems like I didn't keep the install image file.🙁

Adobe allows you to redownload your install images if you go view your order history on their site.
