Photoshop Increase Size

Hi guys,

How do i increase the size of one layer of a photoshop document?? I have a huge image and am trying to blow up a smaller image ontop of it in a separate layer but make it bigger than the original. how do i do this??

edit - transform - scale, or command-t

You may get some pixelation. Photoshop make something from nothing...Always better to rez down rather then up.
