Photoshop install problem

HI, I just got CS3 Design premium but photoshop is saying is conflicting all the other apps install alright just not photoshop.

I did have but I think I uninstalled all.

I think something must of been left behind somewhere...

you could try searching for "Photoshop CS3" in spotlight and see what pops up as being left behind.

Yea I tried that found some stuff what should I do if it asked for a password.
