Photoshop Neural Filters

Has anyone managed to use the Neural filters in Photoshop?
Where can i download them from?
Can they be used in CC2017?

They are downloaded from within the program itself. I believe it's Filters>Neural filters menu item. I don't know if they will ever make them available in older editions. Note that they might require at least 10.14 as well; Adobe has requirements somewhere on the web site.

They're a Photoshop 2021-only feature, available from the Filters menu.

There are other filters besides face editing.
