Tried to no avail tonight to get photoshop cs4 running on my power mac g5 which just arrived today. Am i missing something or will this version of photoshop just not run on these machines? Tried cs 3 also which works but i need cs4 for my canon raw files, cs 3 doesnt seem to support them.

Did you install it from the installation CDs or did it come "bundled" with your G5?

You won't get much help if any on this site or if none at all if it's pirated.

Adobe CS4 Requirements said:
Mac OS

* PowerPC® G5 or multicore Intel® processor
* Mac OS X v10.4.11–10.5.4
* 512MB of RAM (1GB recommended)

Photoshop CS4 runs fine on my Powermac G5 Quad. It even runs on my Powerbook G4 1.67Ghz.

What exactly is the problem?
