PhotoShop problem in leopard

Hi, im having some problems when i save Ps files in leopard, the dock seems to disappear and spaces disables itself, and when i try to use quick view on the file finder crashes and restarts :S can anyone tell me what can i do or if anyone else has been having this problems.

Oh and everything goes back to normal as soon as i delete the file, except for the part when it dosnt let me empty the trash can because the file "is in use".

I asked because I'm still using Tiger and CS3 on my office workstation and have had a similar problem. On occasion my dock freezes and then becomes unusable requiring me to restart. Don't know why yet. Sorry.

i just hope that when 10.5.1 comes the problem will go away 😕

When I use CS3 Photoshop in Tiger it would change my permissions, since it's almost impossible to check permissions in leopard, I wonder what PS is doing to my new OS?
