Photoshop Quits

Dear Group,
While I am of necessity still on OS X 10.4.11 and in trouble with PhotoShop 7, I am wondering why it suddenly will not open and disappears at that time. I took it off my applications and re-loaded it to no avail. It still happens. I could sure use some help please to make a fix. It seems to me this happened before but I don't remember what the cure was.

Does it also happen in another, even temporarily created, user account?

And are you still running 10.4.1 or have you updated to the latest 10.4.11 version?

Yes, I'm 10.4.11, sorry for the error and It just happens all the time

Go to Macintosh HD / Users / YOU / Library / Preferences / and delete the com.adobe.Photoshop.plist file. Then try opening PS again.
