I'm trying to figure out how to recreate this image/text but with different wording, how do you get the stamp/worn look? I would love if someone could tell me how to do it, I still haven't decided exactly what to write. Thanks

P.S. Also the white needs to be transparent, so it can go over an image with no white anywhere. THanks!

You can do it in Adobe Photoshop easily. Simply create new file from File>New. A window of file properties will open. Check Transparent at the bottom of window and click OK. Now paste your text image and rub it where the background you want to make transparent.

Yes, that was actually my intent. The fact that you bring "penises" into this makes me question your....Never mind.

I have helped multiple people asking for design help, even going as far as mocking up logos, doing requests, as well as defended the people who come to the graphics forum with requests but get torn apart by the "basement warriors" (who I have a feeling don't really live and work in basements). But this guy asked for tutorials, in so many words, so I gave him tutorials, as well as my super-secret-tutorial-finding-technique.

I googled "worn stamp tutorial" and randomly checked out the first few search results, then supplied the OP with the links.

OP: The internet is your friend, and tutorials are the best aspect of this friendship. You can learn how to do just about ANYTHING with a quick "________ Tutorial" google search. A good portion of my skill-set has been learned through tutorials on the internet, many of those being from google searches. Good luck with the stamp making thing, and if you run into any road blocks and have more specific questions, please, ask!

Personally I like printing in bw out on a laser then crumpling up the paper THEN scanning back in the result to get that distressed look.

may seem obvious already but in any the file as a png format to retain the transparent bits. you can also create the distressed/grungy look by making your own paintbrush or finding some online...found some here...

Get the paper nice and wet too. It will help it lie flat on the scanner after all the smooshing.

Also, print it at a number of different sizes on the same sheet... really small to big.
