Photoshop to make business cards?

I'm trying to help a manager at the restaurant I work at redesign our business cards but I don't know if CS4 Master Collection can do it.

We have the Jpeg of the original business card, is it possible to alter it with photoshop?

I have never used CS4, or photoshop.

Of course it's possible, but if you have no idea how to run the software you better google some tutorials. How do you have such expensive software if you don't know how to use it? 🙄
