Photostream bug

Hello, i have faced up with some issues while using photostream. I have iphone 5 6.1.4 and turned on photostream, also using icloud photostream on my laptop with windows 7 x64, futhermore i have connected iphone and pc to same wifi router. For example, i take picture with my iphone and that taken picture isnt appearing at photos(photostream) application at iphone, while taken picture appears on my laptop photostream folder. I have reseted my iphone, disabled-enabled photostream, pictures appears but later issue appears again. Wtf could it be... 😵
