Photostream - Can multiple people add to one stream?

Is it possible to create a family photostream and have multiple iphone 5 add photos to the same stream? Can photos only be added to the photostream by the original creator of the steam?
 
I'm also missing this feature. An option to allow various persons adding photos to a stream is a must have feature.

Agreed. It's a moronic implementation to force us to have 2 photostreams for each person we want to share with. How is it that much better than just texting the stupid things via iMessage? That's at least all in one place.

And it certainly doesn't seem much better than anyone else's cloud solution already in place.

Hopefully they add this feature in an upcoming version of iOS.
 
yeah, i remember posting this same question a month back. sucks they dont have this feature already. its pointless without it!
 
Silly of them to miss out on that feature really.

I have 9 photo streams from family members just for Xmas dinner we shared because we cant add to each others.

Hate to think if we have anything big like a wedding on photo stream, 20, 30+ subscriptions 😕

I'm sure that will be fixed in the next update (applause from the audience)
