PhotoStream Photos Taken On 3G Not Uploaded Later On Wifi

Hey, is anyone else noticing that half the photos they take on 3G are not later uploaded to photostream when wifi is available? For example:

I'll take some photos on 3G (not uploaded to photostream bc its on 3G)

Then later that night ill be on wifi and take more photos. Those photos will instantly appear on photo stream, but some or all of the photos from early wont ever make it onto photostream.
