Photostream problems

I am running iOS 8 on my iPad and iPhone.
I a running Yosemite on my Mac using iphoto.
New photos sync from I device to Mac
However there are 150 photos that are on the Mac in the photostream that won't sync to the I devices. This would work in the past
All of the machines have all the icloud options turned on.
Anyone know why they won't sync?

Ok photos in the Mac are NOT syncing to the I devices.
