Photostream problems

I have started a couple of new photo streams for the family. What I'm having issues with is that some of their emails have changed and it keeps going back to the old email. I get that I can add another person, same name and change the email address but how do I get rid of the old address that always pops up first when I invite that person. Everything that I know of has been changed in my Contacts so I don't understand why the wrong email keeps coming up time after time. Help please?!
