Photostream question

Hey guys! I know that any photo taken pre-5.1 will only be deleted on that particular device, but I want to clear out my whole photo stream and start fresh without going to each device and doing this. Does anyone know how I could do that? Thanks 🙂

You have to log into your iCloud account through your browser and reset it from there.
