Photostream:Unwanted photos reappearing??

Im having a few issues with Photostream.

1) When I delete photos from my iPhone5 Photostream folder, they reappear a few minutes later. How do I get rid of them?

2) Whenever I import photos from my cameras SD card into iPhoto on my macbook, they also appear on my iPhones Photosteam album. How do I stop this?
