Picasa For Mac Unrecognized

I downloaded Picasa for Mac and tried to install it afterwards.

However, when i click the application, it says that the disk images failed to mount, unrecognized.

Any idea as to why it happened and how to solve it?

Download it again, it got corrupted somehow.
