Still waiting (8 weeks now)

Alex Ngo from Picaso Lab still has not sent my case after almost 8 weeks. He did apologize and claimed he would be sending it.

I will continue to update this thread monthly either way.

Why are you waiting? Get in Etsy.com and find another one. 8 Weeks, you could have had a case made and shipped from anywhere in the world.

I don't think you will like his case anyway. I certainly did not.

1 month without communication or case

This Alex guy is incredible. I ordered a case over a month ago for my boyfriend's birthday and it never arrived, never received any shipping info. 2 weeks in, I sent an email and he never responded.

Finally, I called, sent a message through the site and a regular email yesterday and he responded that it was supposed to ship May 28 but "didn't go anywhere" and they were out of black now and did I want brown? No... And I don't believe it was ever supposedly shipped out.

He gave me a refund (I would have disputed my credit card if not) but wtf... I didn't want to wait a month for a laptop sleeve and then never get it.

I have ordered through Joli Originals before for my own case and they are an awesome company based out of Amsterdam. Perfect customer service and products, and you can even pay with Bitcoin. I placed another order with them today and looking forward to receiving my boyfriend's belated bday present. Highly recommended compared to PicasoLab. What a joke they are.
