Picaso Lab Customer Service Review!

    Hey guys so a few weeks back i posted a thread asking if i had received the right case for my Macbook Pro Retina. Turns out i hadn't contacted Alex at Picaso Lab with some detailed pictures and he said he would send out the correct sleeve as this was the one for the Regular 15" Macbook pro. :D

    Took a little longer to receive than i had expected, but alex was very good with keeping me up to date as to what was going on. These cases are personally hand crafted by him. So he hadn't received Some of the lining that was needed, once the sleeve had finally been shipped out about a month later after receiving the original one. Alex sent me yet another email informing me the case had been shipped and that he had refunded me the Shipping costs! On top of that he let me keep both Sleeve's! :eek: Wicked customer service i'd recommend them to anyone!

    Now i've only had the correct case for a few hours but the leather is very high grade, and laptop fits nice and snug inside!

    Are there any differences between the old and new case? Same dimensions?
