Picking up a new 27" Mac Cinema Display is this a good deal?

A guy on craigslist said he works for Apple and I verified the serial # and it's good, that he just bought this about a month ago and never opened it. I am going to look at it tonight and probably buy it. But it's sealed. $650. It's still got full Apple Care for a year left. I am going to hook this up to my PC (since it's a mini-dp model) once I get an adapter for my GTX 680, but I can use it with my MBP for a few days to try it out. Should I be worried about anything? He said we can open up the box and check it out if I want if I am serious. I told him I am.

Well I got it. Wish I had the advice before hand but its here. Nice monitor! No dead pixels, but I do have one small white spec of dust under the clear cover. Not sure if I can get that out or apple can.

Love it so far!

Looks like the Non-Thunderbolt version.

$650 is not bad, TB Refurb version is $829.

The dust, you can take the top off and use a duster to push it off. I'm sure if you take it to the Apple store they'll do it for you.
