The AT&T plan is under my mom's name and couldn't change the shipping name on time. If I schedule a pick up at a UPS hub would I be able to pick it up? We share the same last name/address. UPS normally delivers in my neighborhood late in the afternoon and would rather pick it up in the morning when they open.

I would think that there will be no issues with this. When my wife orders stuff and ships via UPS. All of them goes to our nearest UPS Store for pick up. I had no issues with picking up my wife's packages as the address on my license matches the one on the package.

UPS Hub wouldn’t release my 7 under my wife’s name. She had to go pick it up. In fact, when I showed up at 8 am to pick it up, the lady at the counter said “oh, looks like it’s iphone day today” (as in many people do it. Anyways, they wouldn’t give me the phone...UPS had special instructions for iPhone packages to only release to the name. No matter if ID matched address and last name.
