Pickup before scheduled time?

I preordered by iPhone x for pick up at a local apple store at 1:00-1:30. Is it possible to go prior to that time to pick it up? I would assume that I would have to go through the general line and not the line for reserved pick ups?

just go to the reserved line. that works.

I had a 5:30 appointment and then showed up at 8am. I was in and out in an hour (8 Plus though).

Go in ASAP, as long as you’re on the list for that day they will accommodate

I had a reservation for my 8 Plus at 1pm to 1:30pm. I went to the store at 8am, and I was able to pick it up with no issues.
