My current pickup window is at 5PM, am I able to go sooner? The Apple App says Ready For Pickup but my window is later in the day.

I picked up an iPhone this morning and had pre-ordered a watch that was scheduled for 5:30 pick-up and they let me get it early. It might depend on how busy they are.
