Hey guys,

A friend of mine bought an iPhone 7 for pickup in store on Sep 16th. However, she does not live in the US and will only get there by Sep 22nd. Can she still pick up the iPhone by then?

I mean, will Apple "hold" it for her? I imagine they won't and she'll have to hope they have it in stock when she gets there.

Thanks!

I believe that the reservations are only good for the day that you reserve them and then they go back into the pool of available stock if not picked up.

Thanks for replying! Yeah, I believe this might be the case even though I also heard that they may hold it for you for a few days. Not sure though. My friend will be calling Apple. Hopefully they will be of help :)

I have a related question....

I have a paid for an iPhone 7 to be picked up in store on Friday. Will they let me return that on the spot and get a different model if it is in stock?
