I know I for one would like to see some sort of picture editing from apple on the iphone. It doesn't need to be anything fancy, just things like cropping, brightness, contrast, rotating (in case your iphone took the picture in the wrong mode), enhancing, things like that.

That way you don't have to upload to your mac (or.. pc..) just to so some quick cropping or something.

Maybe when they release Snow Leopard they can make an iPhone version so you'll have all those handy Mac features on the go. ;)

There is now an app on the App Store that does picture editing.
Patience is all it talks, folks.

that's not a free app. Want something free and basic. Just to crop and rotate etc.

Who said anything about getting it for free?
If you export them out, you could use a range of free programs, including Picasa.

If you read carefully he meant within the iPhone. Not having to export it out and then import it back, which basically is the whole idea of being hassle free, get the point?

Maybe he meant it as a piece of code to perform a delayed computation?

I'm going with a BIG no on this one... :p
